CDL‑A Linehaul Truck Driver – Up to $95k + Benefits

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL‑A Linehaul Drivers to join its Grand Rapids service center. Drivers earn up to $95,000 per year, receive PTO after the first 90 days, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and access to employee resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Return home daily after completing assigned routes.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specs for military transition).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen and road test.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Experience operating double trailers.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
