CDL‑A Linehaul Truck Driver

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking CDL‑A Linehaul Drivers to pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations, returning home daily.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Return home daily after completing linehaul runs.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specifications for military transition).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Preferred: endorsements for doubles/triples, tanker, haz‑mat, or experience hauling haz‑mat, pulling doubles, or LTL freight.
