Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its revenue operations team. The analyst will design dashboards, build data frameworks, and turn complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and support rapid scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and real‑time KPIs.
• Analyze funnel conversion rates, identify drop‑off points, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define metrics for pilots and new initiatives.
• Synthesize data into clear narratives for leadership, highlighting opportunities and recommended actions.
• Own SQL‑based querying, data wrangling, and transformation of large datasets.
• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and data‑science teams to resolve data quality or access issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data, or business operations.
• Experience in high‑growth, multi‑sided marketplace or platform environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate findings into concrete recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Excel / Google Sheets.
• Business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset.
