Brand & Public Relations Associate

About the role

Join the Global Communications team at Estée Lauder Companies as a Brand & Public Relations Associate. You will help execute strategic initiatives across product launches, events, press outreach, and digital activations, contributing to the visibility and desirability of luxury beauty brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the global earned media strategy, including events, PR seeding, and reporting.
• Coordinate global activations, managing logistics, timelines, and vendor communications.
• Conduct daily research and brief leadership on timely industry news.
• Maintain the global inventory of PR product and collateral materials.
• Assist the Assistant Manager with the PR Planning Grid and compile recurring media coverage reports.
• Update press materials such as releases, media lists, and digital assets.
• Prepare internal presentations, reports, and event recaps.
• Provide administrative support including product send‑outs, invoice tracking, expense reconciliation, and corporate meeting card management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury beauty, fashion, and the media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 2‑4 times per year for key events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools (a plus).
