Bilingual Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Recruiting in Orlando

About the role

Kelly is seeking a bilingual recruiter to join its Orlando team on an onsite, full‑time basis. You will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent assessment practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
