About the role

Join a fast‑growing New Jersey immigration law firm as a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and Declarations Writer. You will support humanitarian immigration cases, work directly with clients, and help prepare accurate legal packets.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and take client declarations for VAWA, T‑Visa, U‑Visa, and family‑based cases.
• Prepare middle‑role legal packets, including cover letters, correspondence, and forms, following firm templates.
• Conduct legal research and gather case‑specific information.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and empathy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• At least 6 months experience handling humanitarian immigration cases.
• Experience taking declarations and drafting legal documents.
• Basic knowledge of immigration processes, documents, and workflows.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.
