Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French)

About the role

CharterUP is looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join its Service Operations team. This entry‑level, remote position will handle English and French inquiries, monitor live trips, and coordinate logistics to keep group travel operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone support in both English and French.
• Respond to customer emails in English and French, ensuring timely resolution.
• Make outbound calls as needed to address customer requests.
• Troubleshoot common product, service, or account issues and escalate complex cases.
• Monitor scheduled trips during weekend shifts, handling delays, cancellations, and route changes.
• Assist customers, drivers, and operations teams with urgent support requests.
• Coordinate alternative solutions for unexpected events such as traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or weather disruptions.
• Communicate clear, timely updates to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible nights and weekends.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
