About the role

B&T Building Services, a family‑owned cleaning company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Orlando, Florida area. The role involves training staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Train employees and subcontractors on cleaning standards and procedures.
• Monitor and inspect cleaning work to verify compliance with client scopes.
• Accompany crews during training sessions and perform on‑site quality checks.
• Manage schedules, including evenings and weekends, to align with post‑closing service windows.
• Maintain documentation of inspections and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize the company’s reimbursement program for gasoline and mobile phone expenses.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as service schedules require.
• Own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and acceptable auto insurance.
• Positive, extroverted personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
