Benefits Analyst – Remote (USA)

About the role

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies that support our organizational goals and meet employee needs. This remote position works closely with cross‑functional teams to design, launch and continuously improve benefits programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement benefits strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze existing benefits programs to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Collaborate with HR, finance and other teams to design and launch new initiatives while ensuring legal compliance.
• Research industry trends and best practices to inform program design.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits administration.
• Provide expert guidance to employees on benefits options and answer inquiries.
• Monitor benefits metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Lead integration of benefits programs with recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in benefits administration, plan design or cost modeling.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and leave management (FMLA, state‑mandated, disability).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Workday or similar benefits administration platform.
• ADP benefits administration software.
• Advanced Excel.
• SQL for benefits reporting.

What we offer

• Base salary range $51,300 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
