About the role

Join Signet Jewelers' Field Design & Service Center team in Tyler, TX, as a Bench Jeweler. You will work on restoring, repairing, and creating custom jewelry pieces while advancing your craft in a promote‑from‑within environment.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and restore fine jewelry, including chain and clasp work, re‑tipping prongs, and minor ring repairs.
• Set stones, create stone mountings, and perform channel and platinum rebuilds.
• Fabricate, cast, and wax‑carve components for custom designs.
• Collaborate with designers using CAD/CAM tools to produce one‑of‑a‑kind pieces.
• Maintain high quality standards and detailed documentation of work performed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• 1–3 years of bench jeweler experience or relevant skilled‑trade background.
• Pass a qualified bench test to assess current skill level.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.
