Behavior Technician

About the role

As a Behavior Technician you will work one‑on‑one with children with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to build communication, confidence and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions using play‑based techniques.
• Track client progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with BACA’s values.
• Help children develop skills that promote independence.
• Create positive, lasting change for families.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Meet state‑specific RBT certification requirements where applicable.
