About the role
John Elway Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join its high‑energy sales team in Colorado. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, guiding buyers through the vehicle selection process, and driving revenue through internet leads, showroom traffic, and repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to internet and showroom customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and in person.
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walk‑arounds and test drives.
- Build relationships and follow up on leads and appointments.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communication and sales activity.
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
Required profile
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and competitive mindset.
- Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license required.
