About the role
The Athletics Travel Manager provides dedicated travel support for collegiate athletes, coaches, and staff. Working fully remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will ensure seamless travel experiences for both individual athletes and entire teams.
Key responsibilities
- Cover vacation periods for the sole on‑site school representative.
- Arrange all aspects of individual athletic travel, including domestic and international air tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Coordinate team travel logistics such as group contract air bookings, hotel block management, and charter bus arrangements.
- Maintain accurate travel itineraries and documentation for compliance and reporting.
Required profile
- Dependable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience handling both domestic and international group and individual travel.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with GDS platforms for airline, hotel, and car reservations.
