ATC Teacher Development Manager

About the role

The ATC Teacher Development Manager will lead outreach and development initiatives for teachers within the University of Arkansas system. This fixed‑term position supports the university’s mission to advance education, research, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement professional development programs for K‑12 teachers.
• Coordinate outreach activities across University of Arkansas campuses.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to align programs with research and community needs.
• Track program outcomes and prepare reports for grant and project stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in educational program development or teacher training.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
