Associate Recruiter – Remote LATAM

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines in the LATAM region. This fully remote position works on a U.S. Pacific Time schedule, enabling you to partner with North American hiring teams while contributing to talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Keep accurate records and activity logs in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various channels.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑oriented, and adaptable.
• Ability to collaborate while maintaining confidentiality.
