Associate Product Manager - Vault CRM Suite

About the role

The Associate Product Manager, Vault CRM, will help develop Veeva’s world‑class CRM solution for life‑sciences companies. You will collaborate with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to shape product roadmaps and define detailed specifications for features such as AI agents, account management, interaction planning, next‑best actions, and multi‑channel engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define product priorities and roadmap by gathering input from customers, partners, executives, sales, services, and engineering.
• Act as the voice of the customer, working with development teams to design capabilities that meet market needs.
• Author high‑quality design specifications within an agile methodology.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and operations to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.
• Own feature delivery, ensuring quality and customer delight.

Required profile

• Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced technology, consulting, finance, or analytics environment.
• Strong professional ethics.
