Associate Product Manager – Vault CRM Suite

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help develop and enhance the Vault CRM solution, a core component of its life‑sciences SaaS platform. You will collaborate with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to shape product roadmaps and deliver high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering.
• Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirements.
• Author high‑quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, operations, and other departments to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.

Required profile

• Ability to think critically and ask questions to solve problems.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and good at multi‑tasking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics.
• A strong sense of professional ethics.

Required skills

• Experience with AI agents, conversational AI, or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform.
