Associate Graphic Designer – Men’s Apparel

About the role

The Associate Graphic Designer will join Nautica’s Men’s apparel team to create fresh, on‑trend graphics that support seasonal collections and drive category performance. Working closely with merchandising, production and design partners, you will translate trend insights into compelling visual concepts for tees, hoodies and other garments.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative Men’s apparel graphics that align with the overall seasonal direction.
• Explore new techniques, materials and typographic solutions to keep the brand visually forward‑thinking.
• Leverage trend intelligence and business history to develop category‑specific graphics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Merchandising, Production, Design) to ensure seamless execution.
• Adapt approved layouts to multiple formats and maintain production‑ready files.
• Create inspiration and trend boards using creative methods.
• Manage project timelines in line with the corporate calendar and keep project libraries organized.

Required profile

• Experience designing graphics for apparel items such as tees and hoodies.
• Strong sketching ability and a creative mindset.
• Understanding of the youth market and Nautica’s Aero customer.
• Ability to multitask, shift priorities and solve problems collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of USD 62,700 – 114,000 per year.
