Associate Director of Operations

About the role

The Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) within the University of Arkansas System seeks an Associate Director of Operations to provide senior leadership for the Institute’s day‑to‑day functions. Reporting to the Director, this role translates strategic vision into operational excellence, supporting law‑enforcement professionals through education and training.

Key responsibilities
