Administrative Manager – Agricultural Division

About the role

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is looking for an Administrative Manager to support the Arkansas Food Innovation Center at the Market Center of the Ozarks. This position will oversee the day‑to‑day administrative operations of a 45,000‑square‑foot food processing and research facility that serves local food entrepreneurs and farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate facility usage, scheduling, and shared‑use kitchen resources.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and procurement for the center.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on office procedures.
• Liaise with university departments, extension services, and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Maintain compliance with university policies, grant requirements, and safety regulations.
