Associate Consultant – Business Process & ERP

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and document review.
• Support documentation of current‑state and future‑state processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend changes.
• Contribute to digital transformation road‑maps using agile and design‑thinking principles.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting, quality assurance testing, and issue remediation.
• Develop training materials, documentation, reports, and presentation content for senior colleagues.
• Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Experience supporting business analysis, process analysis, consulting, or project delivery.
• Ability to gather and express business requirements clearly and succinctly.
• Proficiency in data collection, research, information retrieval, and analysis to identify trends.
• Strong verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑focused problem‑solving skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively.
