About the role

The luxury hotel in New York’s vibrant SoHo district is looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and elevate the guest experience. Reporting to senior management, you will help ensure the property maintains its high standards of service and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Coordinate hotel operations including reservations, housekeeping, and food & beverage to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
