About the role
This 90‑day temporary position supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a residential community. You will handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensure accurate rent collection, and maintain financial records using property‑management software.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process invoices, payables, and generate financial reports.
- Assist with month‑end close‑out and financial statement preparation.
- Operate Yardi and OneSite property‑management platforms to record and track all financial transactions.
Required profile
- Ability to support the Community Manager with financial and operational duties.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Comfortable handling cash flow, deposits, and invoice processing.
Required skills
- Yardi property‑management software.
- OneSite property‑management software.
