Application Developer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will measure progress, assess logic, and solve coding challenges to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI‑generated code.
• Identify and resolve issues to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Ability to explain coding solutions clearly.
