AI Trainer – Sales Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for seasoned sales leaders to join our AI Labor Marketplace as part‑time consultants. In this remote AI Trainer role you will evaluate and improve sales‑management prompts, workflows, and AI‑generated rubrics to ensure high‑quality, trustworthy AI outputs for sales strategy and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Review sales‑management scenarios and operational prompts for relevance and accuracy.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics that assess strategic and communication quality.
• Assess AI outputs for customer‑engagement and sales‑reasoning effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in coaching, negotiation, or forecasting within AI responses.
• Recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks and draft benchmark responses where needed.
• Apply professional judgment to simulated customer and team‑management situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to fictionalized‑data requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams or business‑development operations.
• Strong communication, forecasting, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and overall sales operations.
• Capability to evaluate customer‑facing decision‑making processes.
