AI Fluency Education Lead

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an AI Fluency Education Lead to design and deliver open‑source learning resources that explain how AI works and how people can collaborate with it safely. The role focuses on creating curriculum, videos, essays and interactive lessons that are model‑agnostic and usable by a wide range of audiences, from nurses to policymakers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end curriculum for public AI fluency, defining roadmap, sequencing and quality standards.
• Curate and create diverse educational materials—including courses, short videos, essays, exercises and interactive lessons—and set quality expectations for partner contributions.
• Build AI‑assisted production pipelines that accelerate idea‑to‑publication while improving quality.
• Translate research frameworks into learner‑focused content for non‑technical professions such as healthcare, education, small business and public policy.
• Collaborate with the education research team to align content with measured fluency outcomes and decide target audiences, topics and formats.

Required profile

• Experience creating educational content through writing, filming, prototyping and publishing.
• Ability to design modular, openly licensed learning libraries that can be remixed for different learners.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams to prioritize topics, audiences and formats.
• Interest in AI safety and model‑agnostic approaches to teaching AI concepts.
