About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) clinic. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality patient care in a busy academic medical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient assessment, diagnosis, and management for ENT conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Perform procedures and interventions within scope of practice.
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement and education initiatives.

Required profile

• Current licensure as an APRN or PA in the United States.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on day one of employment.
