Advanced Practice RN / Physician Assistant – WISL

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the WISL team. This position is part of UAMS’s commitment to collaborative, high‑quality patient care and research.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the WISL department.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health‑care professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain compliance with institutional policies.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and educational activities.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted APRN or PA license in the United States.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
