About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Investment Banking Healthcare team in New York. The role focuses on travel coordination, expense management, and general administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to up to 25 analysts and associates within the Healthcare team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage expense reports in Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Track and organize receipts and expense documentation.
- Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a high level of organization and follow‑through across multiple requests and deadlines.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and responsiveness.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
