About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach business courses within the National Park College program. This part‑time position involves delivering one to two sections each semester, either in a traditional classroom or hybrid format.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in General Business, Marketing, Management, and Finance.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
- Engage students through interactive instruction and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with the director/dean to address student needs and ensure curriculum quality.
Required profile
- Master of Business Administration or a closely related business degree.
- Demonstrated ability to teach face‑to‑face or hybrid courses.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of core business disciplines (marketing, management, finance).
