Adjunct Faculty – Business Courses

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Monticello seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach business courses within the National Park College program. The position is based on a campus located in southeastern Arkansas, about 100 miles south of Little Rock, offering a scenic timberland environment. The instructor will deliver one to two sections per semester in General Business, Marketing, Management, and Finance, using face‑to‑face or hybrid delivery methods.

Key responsibilities

• Teach one to two sections each semester in General Business, Marketing, Management, and Finance.
• Deliver instruction in face‑to‑face or hybrid modalities.
• Report to the director/dean and align course outcomes with student needs.

Required profile

• Master of Business Administration or a closely related business field.
• Ability to teach courses in face‑to‑face or hybrid formats.
