Accounting Manager – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

Beast Industries is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for its CPG businesses, including Feastables. You will own GAAP‑compliant reporting, inventory accounting, and the financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle: billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Own the monthly close, compliance reporting, variance analysis, and balance‑sheet integrity.
• Partner with supply‑chain and cross‑functional leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
• Support external audits and ensure regulatory and banking compliance.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable financial systems, controls, and processes, primarily within NetSuite.

Required profile

• Hands‑on accounting professional with a strong technical foundation.
• Experience managing GAAP‑compliant financial reporting and inventory accounting.
• Proven ability to lead month‑end close and support audit processes.
• Builder mentality with a focus on process improvement and system implementation.
