Account Manager - Coffee

About the role
This position offers a commercially driven sales professional the chance to lead growth within the dynamic coffee and beverage sector across the United States. You will combine strategic account management with new‑business development to expand market presence in convenience stores, foodservice operators, roasters, and restaurant groups.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand market share in the liquid coffee category.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, distributors and other industry stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, R&D and operations teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic planning.
- Coordinate proposal development and sales processes with internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, performance metrics and market intelligence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial sales experience in the liquid coffee industry.
- Proven expertise in product development and scaling white‑label beverage programs.
- Established network with purchasing professionals, category managers and office coffee service providers.
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts.
