About the role
The Account Executive will drive growth for Kelly Services by developing new business and expanding relationships with both high‑volume staffing accounts and local, high‑margin clients. This onsite position focuses on delivering consultative sales solutions, increasing market share, and meeting revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic staffing accounts and high‑volume local businesses.
- Expand and retain existing customers to boost profitability.
- Achieve sales metrics and revenue goals.
- Create and present proposals and pricing models tailored to client needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in staffing agency sales.
- Proven ability to provide strategic, consultative support to clients.
- Strong networking, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions.
- Willingness to work onsite with occasional travel between locations.

- Base salary range $62,000 – $82,000 per year, adjusted for experience and location.
