About the role
FORT Robotics is seeking two Account Executives to lead sales across the Southeast and Central United States. The role combines territory ownership with key account management, driving growth with existing and new strategic customers in robotics and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Own all sales activities within the assigned region, balancing new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, increasing adoption of safety, connectivity, and control solutions.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet annual bookings and revenue targets.
- Partner with marketing to create regional campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
- Provide monthly pipeline updates, performance metrics, and strategic progress reports.
- Represent FORT Robotics at regional and national trade shows and industry events.
- Travel approximately 30–40% within the assigned region, with occasional trips to corporate headquarters.
Required profile
- Proven track record selling integrated hardware and software solutions to OEMs, system integrators, or end‑users.
- Experience in sectors such as robotics, automation, construction, agriculture, defense, or warehousing.
- Strong ability to manage both new business development and existing account growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
