About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for our fintech platform, from prospecting to closing. You will work closely with internal teams to align technical and business needs, helping customers grow transaction volume and recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sales processes, turning qualified leads into long‑term customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through inbound and targeted outbound activities.
- Drive adoption of Balance’s capabilities to increase TPV and ARR for clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and deal data in the CRM and extract actionable sales insights.
- Represent the prospect’s perspective in cross‑functional workflows, collaborating with marketing, product, and risk teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with enterprise‑level cycles.
- Intellectually curious with strong business acumen across multiple industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and achieving non‑revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
