Account Development Representative (French Speaker)

About the role

Fever for Business (F4B) is Fever's B2B organization, which provides live entertainment as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. As an Account Development Representative you will be the pipeline engine for its privatized events offering: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest and running targeted outbound outreach. The role is based in Chicago and is listed as hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for the privatized events offering.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to raise response and conversion rates.
• Maintain clean CRM data and accurate forecasting so the team stays aligned on targets.
• Work with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales organization to align campaigns and share insights.
• Track and report on SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently and in a team, creative and data-driven.
