About the role

The Manteca Unified School District is seeking an Account Clerk II to support financial operations at Manteca High School. This full‑time position offers a standard weekday schedule with comprehensive benefits or cash compensation in lieu of benefits.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records and perform clerical duties.
  • Process and reconcile transactions as part of financial record keeping.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of progressively responsible clerical experience, including at least one year of financial record keeping.
  • Pre‑employment TB clearance and fingerprinting (employee cost).
  • Submission of a resume and a signed letter of recommendation.
  • Preference given to internal candidates.

    What we offer

    • Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) or cash compensation in lieu of benefits with proof of coverage.
    • Standard weekday schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a half‑hour lunch.
