AAA Relationship Manager – Commercial Equipment Vehicle Finance

About the role

The AAA Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between Santander's Commercial Equipment Vehicle Finance (CEVF) group and AAA clubs across the United States. The role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships, increasing program awareness, and driving loan originations through the AAA channel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main relationship lead for all AAA clubs, ensuring strong engagement and alignment with CEVF programs.
• Drive AAA loan originations to meet annual targets and deliver at least ten program presentations each year.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing, collateral, and contact databases for AAA clubs.
• Develop and implement loan promotions in partnership with AAA clubs where appropriate.
• Support lead generation by identifying opportunities within AAA clubs and routing prospects to Business Development Officers.
• Provide reporting, insights, and budget tracking for AAA‑related initiatives.
• Partner with distributors to increase application submissions, conduct in‑market visits, ride‑alongs, and attend industry events.
• Promote CEVF programs to prospective customers and act as a brand ambassador within the towing and AAA ecosystem.
