About the role

We are looking for a Template Developer to create responsive email, SMS, IVR and RCS templates. The role involves converting design assets into functional templates and ensuring they work across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js.
Create and manage SMS, IVR, and RCS templates with internal tools and Amazon Pinpoint.
Test email compatibility across clients using Email on Acid.
Convert designs from Figma into functional templates.
Track work items in Jira, log defects in Octane, and maintain documentation.

Required profile

Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
