About the role
Hadrian is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help scale its engineering and technical teams. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for software engineers and other technical talent that build the automation and manufacturing platform powering the company’s factories.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for software engineering and technical positions.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality, diverse candidates.
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Hadrian’s culture and values.
- Run efficient interview processes that balance speed with quality.
- Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes.
- Contribute to broader talent initiatives such as employer branding and market mapping.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, primarily focused on technical or software roles.
- Proven ability to hire for complex, technical positions and partner closely with engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Comfortable thriving in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
