Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to support end‑to‑end recruitment across the United States for our Chemetall team. The role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and external agencies to attract and secure talent at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, competencies and success criteria.
• Provide consultative guidance on labor market trends, talent availability and competitive positioning.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle in SAP SuccessFactors, from contact through interview coordination to offer.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Design selection methodologies such as structured interviews, assessments and case studies.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Ensure onboarding consistency and support digital onboarding tools.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
