Systems Engineer – LabVIEW Dyno Test Cell

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Systems Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team and lead the creation of a state‑of‑the‑art dyno test cell. You will design, develop and deploy automated instrumentation and control systems that directly support production in our aviation and aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, commissioning and operation of a new dyno test cell, integrating National Instruments cDAQ‑9189 chassis, data modules and various sensors.
• Provide hardware and software systems‑engineering support for measurement, control and test equipment across the facility.
• Develop robust LabVIEW applications to acquire, process and analyze data from instruments and transducers.
• Select, install, operate and maintain instrumentation required for diverse production and testing processes.
• Collaborate with shop‑floor personnel, manufacturing engineers, product engineering, quality and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Associate’s degree with strong relevant experience accepted).
• At least 2 years of hands‑on LabVIEW programming experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, energy or pharmaceutical automation environments.
• Strong interest in automation and ability to work in a dynamic factory setting.
