Corporate Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Corporate Reliability Engineer will lead the execution of reliability and condition‑based maintenance (CBM) programs across multiple sites. You will act as the technical bridge between corporate standards and on‑site teams, ensuring data‑driven decisions improve equipment availability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional sites in continuous improvement of CBM programs, including vibration, oil, ultrasound, thermography, ultrasonic testing (UT) and wireless monitoring.
• Analyze predictive data, identify trends and deliver risk‑based maintenance recommendations.
• Track work requests in CMMS/EAM systems based on asset criticality and condition findings.
• Audit compliance with corporate reliability standards, OEM requirements and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Train and mentor CBM technicians, lubrication technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Provide on‑site reliability support during site visits and coordinate vendor activities.
• Champion safety and quality by reporting and escalating any safety issues observed.
• Travel to sites as needed to perform spot checks, data reviews and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reliability engineering or predictive maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret condition‑monitoring data.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to multiple locations.
