System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator provides system‑level support for multi‑user operating systems, hardware, and software tools. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of enterprise applications and infrastructure components.

Key responsibilities

• Support systems such as SFC, SAP, B2B and related applications.
• Research, plan, install, configure, maintain and upgrade operating systems, hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and user access issues.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories, licensing, and security permissions.
• Install and upgrade desktop hardware, peripherals and network components.
• Collaborate with networking teams to ensure system compatibility and connectivity.
• Document system problems, resolutions and create user training materials.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience (or 3 years without a degree).
• Experience with Microsoft OS (Server, Windows 2000/XP/7, Windows Server 2003/2007), Cisco networking equipment, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment and handle physical tasks up to 50 lb.
