Social Media & Content Lead

About the role

Ledge is looking for a culturally plugged‑in Social Media & Content Lead who lives and breathes the creator and gaming ecosystem. You will own the brand’s social presence across TikTok, X, YouTube, Instagram and Discord, shaping the voice, growing the community and turning followers into fans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the content strategy across all social platforms, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
• Help build and establish the brand identity from the ground up.
• Create, schedule, manage and post original content, including short‑form video, graphics, written posts and community updates.
• Monitor trends in gaming, UGC and the creator economy and act quickly on emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers and partners to amplify reach and credibility.
• Track performance metrics and use data to continuously improve content and strategy.
• Serve as the connective tissue between the brand and its community.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on social media management experience, preferably within gaming, UGC or the creator economy.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a brand’s social presence across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture, streaming ecosystems and content creator dynamics.
• Native fluency in what makes content resonate on TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and Discord.
• Strong writing, storytelling and communication skills with a distinct voice.
• Self‑starter mentality, comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with social analytics tools and a data‑informed approach to content decisions.
