Service Technician – Property Maintenance

About the role
The Service Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of a lease‑up property in top condition. You will ensure safety, cleanliness and functionality while supporting resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident requests and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used.
- Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize urgent issues.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Experience in a lease‑up environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi and HappyCo is a plus.
