Service Technician – Cardinal 95

About the role

The Service Technician supports Greystar’s residential properties by ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas remain clean, safe and fully functional. This full‑time position is based in Glendale, Arizona and focuses on delivering high‑quality maintenance services to residents and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects, and execute repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
