Service Advisor – Cadillac Dealership

About the role

Join the Central Houston Cadillac dealership as an Automotive Service Advisor, acting as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify repair or maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders for new and used vehicles.
• Coordinate between customers and technicians, providing status updates and cost estimates.
• Advise customers on additional repair needs and associated costs.
• Follow up with customers on satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Punctual, reliable with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous Cadillac, service advisor, or automotive experience preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
• Mechanical and auto‑parts expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
