About the role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will join a product team in New York, working remotely to shape user experiences from discovery through to developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in every step of the product design cycle, from discovery to user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to lead product design.
- Maintain design quality and ensure specifications are accurately translated into code.
- Estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
- Lead sketching sessions with non‑designers and create high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Iterate and maintain UI deliverables, including style guides and sketch files.
- Use data‑driven design decisions, plan moderated usability tests with analysts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Proficiency with Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
- Experience working in an agile two‑week sprint environment.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
